This year’s camp will be Sliding Scale. Whenever possible, please pay on the high-end of the scale in order to support those who need the low-end.
Fees cover costs of the event: 4 nights accommodation, abundant Hearth with healthy food, rituals, paths, activism, training, and supplies.
Nonrefundable deposit: $150.
Early Bird – $50 Discount. Register by Summer Solstice for discount.
Scholarships available for BIPOC and under-25 years old.
Tenting $375-$650
Small Dorm $500-$750
Semi-Private $600-$850
Accommodation Details:
Tents: full access to restrooms/showers.
Small dorms: 4 beds.
Semi-private: 2 beds.
Mature teenagers with their participating parents may come to this camp.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note that the $150 deposit is NON-refundable.
If you cancel on or before September 15, we only keep your deposit: we will refund any fee amount you paid over the deposit.
If you cancel anytime after October 1, our policy is NO refund.
If you are sick, please do not come. Refunds for cancellation due to illness will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the registrar.
No-shows are also a strict NO refund policy, due to the large down payments we make in advance for food and accommodation.
